  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We request customers to inspect their order at the time of delivery.

If you receive:

  • A defective item
  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

Exchanges

Refund Process
